As a result, after I installed the latest LangOver on my PC, it chose Hebrew for its user interface, and I didn't find an option to switch the interface to English (as I prefer for any software). I found a really ugly workaround: first delete the Hebrew keyword, install the LangOver, and then add the Hebrew keyword anew. Please, in the next version of the LangOver give a user to choose the language of the user interface.
